Primetime Energy Services – Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Primetime Energy Services Referral Program. By participating, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Program Overview

The Referral Program rewards individuals who refer new residential customers to Primetime Energy Services. Qualified participants may receive a $100 referral incentive for each eligible referral that results in a completed project, subject to the terms below.

2. Eligibility

  • The program is open to any individual, whether or not they are a current customer.

  • Referrals must be for residential properties only. Commercial properties do not qualify.

  • The referred project must be for a different residence than the referrer’s own home. Self-referrals are not permitted.

3. Referral Requirements

To qualify for a referral reward:

  • The referral must be a new customer who has not previously contracted with Primetime Energy Services.

  • The referrer must submit their referral information according to company instructions (referral form, code, or other approved method).

  • The referred homeowner must sign a contract and complete the project in full, including payment, before the referral incentive is issued.

4. Incentive Payment

  • Qualified referrers will receive $100 per completed referral project.

  • Payments are issued only after the referred job is fully completed and paid.

  • There is a maximum payout cap of $500 per referral code. Once this limit is reached, additional referrals using that code will not qualify for payment unless otherwise authorized in writing.

5. Limitations

Primetime Energy Services reserves the right to:

  • Deny rewards for referrals that do not meet eligibility requirements.

  • Withhold or revoke incentives in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of these terms.

  • Verify all referral information before issuing payment.

6. Taxes & Reporting

Referrers are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with referral payments. Primetime Energy Services may issue tax documentation where required by law.

7. Program Changes or Termination

Primetime Energy Services may modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program or these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will apply to future referrals and will not affect rewards already approved.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Primetime Energy Services is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete referral information submitted by participants.

  • Delays caused by circumstances outside the company’s control.

  • Any disputes between referrers and referred customers.

9. Acceptance of Terms

Participation in the Referral Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
